This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Hostimizer.com, operated by LithiumWeb Online Services LLP. By purchasing or renewing a service, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy.
1. Seven-day money-back guarantee
First-time customers may request a refund for a new shared hosting or reseller hosting account within seven calendar days of the original purchase date. The request must be submitted before the seven-day period expires.
The guarantee applies only to the hosting service fee. Charges for domains, licenses, add-ons, third-party products, taxes, payment processing, setup work, migration work, or other non-refundable items are excluded.
2. Services that are not refundable
The following purchases are non-refundable once ordered, activated, registered, provisioned, renewed, or work has started:
- Domain registration, renewal, restoration, and transfer fees
- VPS, cloud servers, and dedicated servers
- Offshore servers and offshore hosting services unless expressly stated otherwise in writing
- SSL certificates, software licenses, control-panel licenses, IP addresses, and other add-ons
- Web development, mobile app development, SEO, social media marketing, Google Maps business listing, virtual phone numbers, and other professional or digital services
- Custom configurations, setup charges, migration work, consulting, and completed milestones
- Renewals, upgrades, account credits, promotional offers, and discounted or special-order products
- Fees paid to third parties, banks, payment gateways, registries, or government authorities
3. Eligibility requirements
A refund is available only for the first eligible account purchased by a customer. A customer who previously held, cancelled, or received a refund for an account is not eligible by opening another account or using different contact or billing details.
Your account must comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy. Accounts suspended or terminated for spam, phishing, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, chargebacks, security attacks, prohibited content, or other policy violations are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to request cancellation and a refund
Send your request through the Hostimizer contact or support channel using the email address registered on your account. Include your name, service or invoice number, reason for cancellation, and a clear request for a refund.
Stopping use of a service, deleting content, or allowing a service to expire does not automatically cancel it. You remain responsible for cancelling recurring services before the next billing date.
5. Refund review and processing
We review each request against this policy and may ask for information needed to verify the account and payment. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7–10 working days and returned to the original payment method where possible.
After a refund is initiated, banks and payment providers may require additional time to credit the amount. Card reversals may take up to 12 working days or longer depending on the issuing bank. Any currency conversion difference, bank fee, or payment-provider fee is outside Hostimizer's control.
6. Partial refunds and unused time
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after the applicable guarantee period. Early cancellation of a monthly, annual, multi-year, or fixed-term service does not create a right to a partial refund.
7. Renewals and duplicate payments
Renewal charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for cancelling automatic or recurring payments before renewal. If you believe the same invoice was paid more than once, contact us promptly so we can verify the transactions and return any confirmed duplicate payment.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can review the issue. An unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of related services while the dispute is investigated. This does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
9. Service termination and data
Cancellation or refund may result in immediate termination of the affected service and deletion of hosted files, email, databases, backups, or other data. You are responsible for downloading any required data before requesting cancellation. We cannot guarantee recovery after termination.
10. Contact
For cancellation or refund questions, contact Hostimizer through the Contact page or email support@hostimizer.com. Please do not include passwords or payment-card details in your message.
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. Hostimizer may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
